Counseling services may also be paid privately. These change from time to time so call to explore your options.

Our counselors have the expertise and compassion to support individuals and families through the stresses of life, day to day conflicts, and mental health challenges. The counseling staff have training and experience in addressing various concerns including but not limited to improving self-esteem and self-concept, relationship issues, grief, trauma, mental illness, substance abuse and co-dependency, and developmental disabilities.

The counseling department provides 12-week Skills System groups based on the curriculum by Julie F. Brown, PhD. Designed for folks with cognitive challenges, this DBT-informed approach teaches clients of ALL abilities how to regulate their emotions and skills to improve risky behaviors, relationships, practice mindfulness, stay on track to achieve their goals, and more!

We know mental health is more important today than ever, so each client is assured a perfect match with one of our experienced therapists, whether LCSW or LPC.

We can schedule day, evening, and weekend appointments.
