Where We Work

Bridges Community Support Services was founded in 1984 to serve individuals in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Since 2000, we’ve worked in more than 70 communities throughout the state of Missouri.

Face-to-face counseling services are provided at our office in Maplewood. Remote counseling via telehealth is also available.

All other services are community-based.
